We want you to love your custom puzzle. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds for custom-made items.
Because each PuzzleBlocks puzzle is custom 3D printed to your specific configuration (difficulty, color, size, seed), we usually cannot accept returns for reasons of change of mind or aesthetic preference.
If your puzzle arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
You may cancel your order for a full refund if production has not yet started. Once printing has begun (usually within 24 hours), we may not be able to cancel the order.
Please note that 3D printed objects often have very minor visual defects (such as layer lines or small surface imperfections). This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and is not subject to a refund. If there are concerns, we ask that you contact us.
