Each PuzzleBlocks puzzle is custom 3D printed on demand just for you. Please review our shipping and production times below.
All orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days. This time is used to 3D print, assemble, and quality check your custom puzzle.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
PuzzleBlocks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
